DeadSpot — Staff Privacy Notice

What we collect
When you use DeadSpot we store your email address, the gym you are assigned to, and records of the dead spots and injury events you log within the app.

Why we collect it
To provide access to the monitoring service and to maintain an accurate record of mat conditions and injury events for health & safety purposes.

Lawful basis
Legitimate interests (health & safety monitoring). Injury records are processed under Article 9(2)(b) GDPR — necessary for health & safety obligations.

Who can see it
Only staff at your gym and the DeadSpot administrator. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

How long we keep it
Your account data is held while your account is active. Injury records are retained for 3 years in line with UK accident reporting requirements, then deleted.

Where it is stored
Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted within the EU.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights or with any questions.
